The villa was built in 2003 on the hillside above the beach of Kathisma. The architectural line is simple and modern and the colours are in harmony with the natural environment.
It is a self-contained two-storey maisonette with three bedrooms, two with double bed and one with two single beds. Upstairs are the two bed rooms, the bathroom and two terraces with a single view of the Ionian Sea. On the lower floor are the kitchen, the living room, the WC, a shower and a bedroom.
Outside the villa is surrounded by a lovely paved courtyard and a garden. At the back of the courtyard there is a barbecue facility.
Its main feature is its swimming pool which meets all the necessary standards to offer you a quiet, relaxing and safe holiday.

The villa is located about 3 km away from Kathisma beach,(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lKclmF1DlwQ) one of the most famous beaches of Lefkada.
The place name of the area is Eagle nests, due to the fact that there were many eagle nests in the past.
Villa is 5 km from the village of Agios Nikitas, which is a very cosmopolitan place and you can find restaurants, shops, bars. It is also very close to the village of Kalamitsi, a traditional small village with beautiful beaches such as Avali and Megali Petra(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QArcm3Z4D2c).
In case you would like to visit the town of Lefkada the distance is about 17 km.
